What information do we collect from our customers?

We collect your name, e-mail, address, shipping address, telephone number, and credit card information for payment. This information is only collected if you are placing an order. Also, this information is only kept on file if you are using our Diaper Service and only for the duration of the service.

How secure is the information?

Our website ordering is done through a secure site powered by Mal`s e-commerce. Your information will never be shared and/or sold to any third party, with the exception of shipping companies to deliver your order. Your e-mail address will not be put on any mailing lists.

Shipping

Shipment of all orders for our diaper service customers is free. All orders will be delivered to our customers on their diaper drop-off day with one week advanced notice. For all other orders and customers who are not using our diaper service, a flat fee of $3.00 CDN + Tax is charged for shipping within service area. In the rest of Canada, the shipping charge is $5.00 CDN + Tax, and shipping to the US the charge it $10.00 CDN + Tax.

Returns/Exchanges

All unused and unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of sale with the exception of personalized items. Returns or exchanges on embroidered products will not be accepted unless there is a spelling or design error made by us. We will not accept returns or exchanges for spelling or design errors placed by our customers. Please contact us if there are any questions about sizing or our products at info@huggablebums.com. Shipping is non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions

Huggable Bums reserves the right to change any product information to include price if necessary. We can also discontinue our products at any time and change shipping times or methods as we see fit. Huggable Bums cannot be held responsible for shipping delays of products. Once an order is place on our website, we will be in contact with you by e-mail to confirm your order and send you an invoice. If you do not receive this e-mail, please contact us at info@huggablebums.com. Huggable Bums cannot be held responsible for accidents or personal harm that would involve products sold by Huggable Bums.

Terms of Service

Huggable Bums Diaper Service is a service of cloth diapers delivered to the customers and picked up by us for washing. Our service is priced on a weekly basis and will be charged to either a Visa or MasterCard on a bi-weekly basis. There is a refundable $20.00 CDN deposit for our diaper pail. Huggable Bums owns all the equipment delivered to the customer with the exception of purchased products available on our website. At the end of service we do expect to have all of our products returned. Huggable Bums does keep track of our diapers and wipes and there is a replacement fee if some are missing and/or damaged by other than normal use. The fee for replacement is $10.00 CDN per diaper and $1.00 CDN per wipe. Huggable Bums cannot be held responsible for any rash or skin allergies brought on by our diapers or wipes.
