We are happy to hear from you! How does your washing process work? TOP
We take your dirty diapers and dump them straight from the bag into the machine. They are not counted until they are clean and sanitary. Our washing and drying machines are commercial grade and certified energy efficient. Our process for washing has been designed by a washing and sanitizing expert in the industry. Our machines use several cycles to ensure maximum cleanliness, softness and sanitization for your baby. Our sanitization cycle heats the water up to 167 degrees Fahrenheit killing 99.99% of all germs and bacteria. Our diapers are tested for proper pH levels regularly to be sure that the pH of the diapers matches the pH of baby's skin. What type of diapers do you use for your service? TOP
We use fitted cloth diapers that are made by stay at home moms and grandmoms. Our diapers are less bulky then most cloth diapers and are designed to minimize leaks. Our diapers are an hourglass shape with elastic in the leg openings for a secure and comfortable fit. The waist is gathered to fit the shape of your baby. Our diapers are made with 100% cotton. We use a soft, tight-woven birds-eye fabric against the baby's skin and in the outer layer. The middle of the diaper is made with multi-layered cotton flannel. Our diapers use safe and adjustable snap enclosures for a better fit for baby and greater ease when changing. Our diapers offer the same convenience as disposables with a much more comfortable fit for baby and a significantly less harmful impact on our environment.Do I get the same diapers back each week? No, we don't necessarily give you the same diapers each week. Our washing process is so extensive that germs and bacteria are terminated during our washing process. It is not necessary to use the same diapers for each baby. If you would like to launder your own diapers, our diapers are for sale on our products page. How do I set up your service before my baby arrives? TOP
Call us anytime during your pregnancy to set up service. Approximately one or two weeks before your due date we will deliver your first order. It is up to you to inform us when your baby is born. We will begin regular delivery service approximately one week after your baby is born. Do I have to buy diapers to use your service? TOP
NO! Think of our service as a glorified rental system. We rent you our diapers for the week and bring you fresh ones when we pick up your soiled ones. You need to purchase diaper covers to fit over our diapers. We are unable to wash these because they will not survive our intense washing process. Diaper covers can be found in stores or be purchased from our website. What happens if I go on vacation? TOP
If you want to take cloth diapers with you on vacation, no problem! We will help you to organize your trip to make things easier for you to continue our service. If you are gone for more than one week, we can deliver more diapers than needed to accommodate you during your trip. If you are unable to use our service on your trip, no problem! Please advise us of your trip at least one week in advance and we will cancel your service for one week with with no extra charge. We will pick up all soiled and unsoiled diapers on your regular delivery day and drop off fresh ones when you return from your trip. Email us for more information on how this will work in your particular situation.What happens if I run out of diapers? TOP
You should have more than enough diapers to last you for a week at each delivery. If for some reason you do not have enough diapers, we will rush more diapers to you at no extra cost. What happens if my baby needs to move up a size? TOP
We know babies grow fast! If your diapers seem to be getting too small for your baby, send us an email and we will adjust your next order. Our diapers do overlap a bit in size so you should be able to use the next size up a little bit early with no problems. Our diaper sizing is approximately as follows: small 7-13 lbs, medium 13-18 lbs, large 18-25 lbs, and toddler 25-35 lbs. Does the price change depending on the number of diapers I need? TOP
NO! You get the amount of diapers you need for the week at a flat rate of $19.95 plus HST. I live in Kilworth/Komoka/Mount Brydges can I use your service? TOP

Yes, please let us know if you need something rush ordered and we will be happy to provide that service for you. There will be a fee applied to all rush orders. Do you do custom orders? TOP
We LOVE custom orders!! If you are interested in a custom order please send us an email and we will let you know if we are able to provide you with the product you need. No, if you would like to place an order and you don't use our service we would be happy to help you. You will be charged for shipping. We ship to anywhere in Canada and the US. If you are using our service you do not need to worry about shipping charges. We will deliver your order on your regular delivery day. |
